Single of the Week: Bill Parsons

This week is an extra special single of the week, ‘cuz I said so. It’s by an east coast folk singer named Bill Parsons, and it’s a cover of Thomas Dolby’s “She Blinded Me with Science“. It’s a slow acoustic version of the synthpop pioneer’s biggest hit, played on a lush twelve-string Taylor guitar. Lovin’ it. Also, did you know that Thomas Dolby played synth on Def Lepard’s Pyromania album, Foreigner’s 4 album, and with shitty ’80’s hip hop group Whodini? Awesome!
