News Hottie of the Week: Nicole Lapin

News Hottie of the Week is back! This week’s news hottie is CNN Pipeline correspondent/on-air blog analyst Nicole Lapin. She’s been with the company for only a few months, since May of 2006, but has a list of degrees and awards as long as my arm. She graduated summa cum laude and class valedictorian from Northwestern University studying journalism, and has a second major in poli sci. She also studied the European Union at L’Institut d’Etudes Politique de Paris. She’s recieved citations from the Chicago Emmy Board, the Hearst Foundation, and the association of Women in Journalism, among others. Before CNN she worked for a variety of CBS affiliates. She has previously held the nickname “Money Honey” while reporting from the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for the First Business Network, and has also portrayed a journalist on the Jerry Bruckheimer show “Just Legal”.
