Single of the Week

I’m in a jazzy kind of mood. A few of you may remember the Lincoln commercials a few years ago that used Mr. Scruff’s “Get a Move On” (and various remixes thereof, that I have yet to find out there.) Well that song used a sample of Bird’s Lament as performed by Louis Thomas “Moondog” Hardin as a tribute to Charlie Parker. It’s a nice song that is, as the Portuguese would say, is full of saudade.
